Was the first probation officer in Haifa, then worked in the Ministry of Welfare as director of the Youth Rehabilitation (1942 - 1952)

In 1942, he moved to Haifa and later became the first Jewish probation officer of the city. After the establishment of the State, he worked in the Ministry of Welfare and was director of the Youth Rehabilitation Department.
